Three Stages That Actually Make Sense
Instead of throwing everything at you at once, we break down financial knowledge into three phases. Each one builds on what came before—so you're never left guessing what to do next.
Foundation Skills
Start with tracking basics and understanding your spending patterns. We look at actual household numbers—not theoretical examples. You'll figure out where money disappears and spot opportunities you didn't know existed.
Strategy Development
Once you know your baseline, we introduce targeted saving methods that fit different lifestyles. You'll experiment with techniques that match your situation—whether that's irregular income or fixed salary—and discover what sticks.
Advanced Planning
The final phase tackles longer-term thinking: emergency buffers, goal-setting frameworks, and adjusting strategies when life changes. This isn't about complex investments—just smart planning with what you already have.
Workshops That Feel Like Conversations
Our sessions aren't lectures. We sit down with small groups and work through real scenarios together. People share what's working (and what isn't), and we adjust approaches based on actual feedback.
Most participants tell us they appreciate the honesty—we don't pretend there's a magic formula. Some months will be tighter than others, and that's fine. What matters is having a system you can return to when things stabilize.
You'll leave each workshop with something concrete to try that week. No homework overload, just one practical adjustment at a time.
Who You'll Learn From
Our facilitators have backgrounds in financial planning, household budgeting, and personal finance coaching. More importantly, they've all been through their own money struggles—and they're upfront about what worked and what didn't.
Callum Fitzpatrick
Foundation Programme LeadCallum guides the initial tracking phase. He spent five years helping families in Coventry get clarity on spending habits, and he's particularly good at making spreadsheets feel less intimidating.
Declan Kerrigan
Strategy Development CoachDeclan runs the middle phase workshops. He's worked with freelancers and shift workers who deal with variable income, so he understands that not everyone has predictable paychecks to plan around.
Niall Brennan
Advanced Planning SpecialistNiall handles the final phase. He focuses on realistic goal-setting and building resilience into your financial approach—preparing for unexpected expenses without falling apart.
Autumn 2025 Programme Schedule
We're running our next cohort starting September 2025. Sessions happen over three months, with built-in breaks so you can test strategies between workshops.
Early Registration Period
Spaces open for the autumn programme. We cap groups at fifteen participants to keep sessions manageable, so it's worth registering when applications launch in early June.
Foundation Phase Begins
First session happens mid-September. You'll meet your cohort and start the tracking phase. We provide templates and walk through setup together during the opening workshop.
Strategy Development Phase
By October, you'll have baseline data from tracking. We shift to building personalized saving strategies based on patterns you've identified. This phase includes more hands-on problem-solving.
Advanced Planning Wrap-Up
Final sessions in late November cover long-term planning and adapting to change. You'll leave with a framework you can continue using independently—and access to our resource library for future reference.
